- Occupants must behave in an orderly, respectful manner at all times.
- Respect others' rights, safety, and privacy and avoid inappropriate conduct.
- Keep all areas clean and well-maintained.
- Treat facilities and property with care.
- Follow directions and cooperate with management, security, and authorized staff.
- Report any issues or concerns promptly to management.
- Harassment or discrimination is strictly prohibited based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, disability, etc.).
- All reports are investigated thoroughly.
- Violators may face discipline up to removal from housing and employer notification.
- Individuals who report concerns or participate in investigations in good faith are protected from retaliation.
